Live Stunt Performance

It was an eventful last Saturday… We had an internal cricket match – The BALLZ Trophy between SJR Warriors and PURVA Fighter, and were on our way to Flippers ground near Devanahalli airport early morning. I was with Rakesh, Munna, Murthy and Dev in his car.

We stopped near the ground for breakfast so that some more guys joined us in Yogi’s car. And we had one extra person who just came in by bus. So we called up Sunil to come by bike and pick that guy to the ground. As he came in I thought, I will go with Sunil. We started off and in between its engine stopped. We tried our best to start it but I didn’t. Then Dev’s car came in and his idea of opening the petrol lid while starting worked. (New Tip if your Bike is pulsar and it stopped in between you can try this tip – It was evolved from his years of experience it seems – Provided that your bike has enough fuel in the tank). So as Rakesh started the bike, he was interested in the ride. So Sunil got inside Dev’s car and we – Raki and me came by bike. We reached the ground before Dev’s car and I was standing near the parking waiting for them so that I can collect my kit from his car.

Almost all the brats were inside that car. As they were approaching the parking area which is in the side of the ground, don’t know who provoked Dev to frighten me -Dev thought of making me panic by taking the car closer to me in high speed… As I didn’t know about the stupid driving skills of Dev, I was expecting him to apply the brakes. It reminded many of the film Matrix where the hero stops the bullet with his hands… But in this case it was just an imagination. Whatever I expected didn’t happen.. He was very late to apply the brakes and it was so close to me and as the car was in high speed, it skidded and then hit me on my knees and my left hand his on the bonnet as I was trying to stop... It was awesome feeling to be thrown some 6-8 feet away in the air… especially after hit by a car!! (Trust me! I felt like I am bungee jumping) but then later I felt the fir in my A$$. My left palm was like being crushed! I was surprised to see that other than my left hand, no other damage!! Hmm, I am a very strong man – Bravo!!!! However after some 2minutes panic I was disappointed that I didn’t faint or anything else to give it a bit spicy touch. Luckily nothing happened to the car  except some dents and curves on the bonnet… My other friends who were there standing on the other end of the ground came in hearing the loud noise… And all were in fact got surprised to see me in good shape. In fat I myself was so surprised!!  I heard someone shouting, it’s like this car hit by a cargo truck!!! Grrrr.. I will find out that guy very soon… 

Though my left had swelling I played the match by putting bandage on my hand and applying the painkiller spray – Hmm The Lion heart fellow :P. In the end of the day, we the SJR Warriors won the first match in so called BALLZ Trophy.

PS: To all those who still wanted to take chances against me – Dev was hit by a bouncer and was forced to retired hurt! So guys “Mujse Panga nahin lene ka…” If at all I leave you, GOD wouldn’t  leave you because I am his best buddy”
